Osaka, Japan — March 23, 2026. As part of the legacy of Panama’s pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, the Consul General and the Deputy Commissioner General officially presented the Panamanian pavilion’s uniform to the Osaka World Expo Promotion Bureau.
This contribution is part of efforts to preserve the memory of the exposition, as the Bureau is considering the construction of a commemorative hall to display items representing the various international pavilions, including the uniforms worn by their delegations.
During the visit, the Panamanian delegation was welcomed by the Bureau’s directors general, who congratulated Panama on winning the Gold Award for Best Exhibition Design—an honor highlighting the creativity, identity, and quality of the national pavilion.
It was also noted that the uniform symbolizes the hard work and dedication of the Panamanian team during Expo 2025, and that its inclusion in the Bureau’s collection will help preserve the pavilion’s historical legacy.
