As part of the National Holidays, the Consulate General of Panama in Kobe commemorated the 123rd anniversary of Panama’s separation from Colombia and the birth of our Republic in the city of Imabari, joined by prominent officials and leaders from the maritime sector. ⚓️🌊
The event was graced by the presence of His Excellency Walter Cohen, Ambassador of Panama to Japan; Mr. Alejandro De León, Consul General of Panama in Kobe; and the Honorable Shigeki Tokunaga, Mayor of the City of Imabari.
This commemoration strengthens the close bonds of friendship, bilateral cooperation, and maritime partnership that unite both nations. 🤝🚢
