Ram\u00f3n Franco, Director General de Marina Mercante de la Autoridad Mar\u00edtima de Panam\u00e1 (AMP), dirigi\u00f3 un seminario t\u00e9cnico titulado \u201cOptimizaci\u00f3n de Flotas: Eficiencia y Cumplimiento\u201d en Hiroshima, organizado por el Consulado General de Panam\u00e1 en Kobe y SEGUMAR Imabari.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El evento congreg\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 45 empresas del oeste de Jap\u00f3n y sirvi\u00f3 como foro estrat\u00e9gico para fortalecer la cooperaci\u00f3n entre el Registro de Buques de Panam\u00e1 y los principales actores del sector mar\u00edtimo regional. El C\u00f3nsul General pronunci\u00f3 el discurso de apertura, en el que destac\u00f3 el compromiso de Panam\u00e1 con la transparencia, la excelencia operativa y el apoyo constante a los armadores japoneses, pilares fundamentales del liderazgo de la bandera paname\u00f1a.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El seminario cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de ponentes destacados de Hiroshima Bank, ClassNK, Gard P&amp;I Japan y SEGUMAR Imabari, quienes conformaron un panel t\u00e9cnico de alto nivel.
