Panam\u00e1 ha sido reincorporada a la Lista Blanca del Memorando de Entendimiento de Par\u00eds (MdE de Par\u00eds), seg\u00fan el Informe Anual publicado recientemente por la organizaci\u00f3n. La Autoridad Mar\u00edtima de Panam\u00e1 (AMP) celebr\u00f3 el anuncio, se\u00f1alando que la Lista Blanca es ampliamente reconocida como uno de los principales referentes internacionales para evaluar el desempe\u00f1o y la calidad de las administraciones mar\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La inclusi\u00f3n en la Lista Blanca del Memorando de Entendimiento de Par\u00eds significa que la bandera o el registro de un buque de un pa\u00eds cumple con los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares internacionales de seguridad mar\u00edtima y supervisi\u00f3n regulatoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este logro es el resultado de una estrategia sostenida para fortalecer los est\u00e1ndares de seguridad, mejorar el cumplimiento de los convenios internacionales y reforzar la supervisi\u00f3n de la flota mercante paname\u00f1a. Adem\u00e1s, consolida la posici\u00f3n de Panam\u00e1 como registro comprometido con la excelencia, la transparencia y la seguridad mar\u00edtima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El regreso de Panam\u00e1 a la Lista Blanca refleja una serie de iniciativas implementadas por la PMA en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os para mejorar el desempe\u00f1o de los buques con bandera paname\u00f1a durante las inspecciones del Control del Estado Rector del Puerto (PSC), al tiempo que se eleva la calidad general del Registro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como parte de su estrategia para mejorar su posici\u00f3n dentro del Memorando de Entendimiento de Par\u00eds, Panam\u00e1 ha implementado varias iniciativas clave, entre ellas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Reforzar su programa de inspecci\u00f3n preventiva, centr\u00e1ndose en los buques de mayor riesgo antes de su llegada a los puertos que operan bajo el r\u00e9gimen del Memorando de Entendimiento de Par\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Introducir mecanismos m\u00e1s rigurosos para identificar y supervisar los buques con un historial de deficiencias, lo que permitir\u00e1 tomar medidas correctivas antes de las inspecciones y reducir\u00e1 el riesgo de detenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Reforzar el proceso de preinspecci\u00f3n del Registro para garantizar que solo los buques que cumplan con los est\u00e1ndares internacionales sean admitidos en el Registro de Buques de Panam\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El regreso de Panam\u00e1 a la Lista Blanca del Memorando de Entendimiento de Par\u00eds demuestra que un compromiso firme con la calidad, la seguridad y el cumplimiento internacional genera resultados tangibles.
