Imabari, Jap\u00f3n \u2013 La Autoridad Mar\u00edtima de Panam\u00e1 (AMP) particip\u00f3 activamente en la reconocida feria mar\u00edtima BARISHIP 2025, celebrada en la ciudad de Imabari, Jap\u00f3n, reafirmando su liderazgo en el sector mar\u00edtimo internacional y fortaleciendo lazos estrat\u00e9gicos con actores clave de la industria asi\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La delegaci\u00f3n paname\u00f1a estuvo encabezada por el Ministro de Asuntos Mar\u00edtimos y Administrador del AMP, Luis Roquebert, quien fue el invitado de honor en la ceremonia de apertura y corte de list\u00f3n del evento, junto al Alcalde de Imabari, Shigeki Tokunaga, miembros del Comit\u00e9 de Promoci\u00f3n de la Ciudad Mar\u00edtima de Imabari y representantes del organizador Informa Market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la exposici\u00f3n, Panam\u00e1 inaugur\u00f3 su stand oficial, con la presencia del Embajador de Jap\u00f3n en Panam\u00e1, Kazuyoshi Matsunaga, el Presidente de Imabari Shipbuilding, Yukito Higaki, y el Alcalde Tokunaga. El stand paname\u00f1o recibi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 15,000 visitantes durante los tres d\u00edas de la exposici\u00f3n. En este espacio, el pa\u00eds reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con la seguridad mar\u00edtima internacional mediante la presentaci\u00f3n del seminario "Por qu\u00e9 Panam\u00e1 como bandera", destacando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Su historial de fiabilidad demostrado con armadores y astilleros japoneses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
La excelencia operativa de las oficinas t\u00e9cnicas en Imabari y Tokio, y de los consulados generales en Kobe y Tokio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Un sistema legal compatible con las instituciones financieras japonesas y la aceptaci\u00f3n del registro paname\u00f1o por parte de los principales bancos de Jap\u00f3n para hipotecas navales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Un proceso de registro eficiente para nuevas construcciones y reventas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Inspecciones alineadas con las tendencias de control del Estado rector del puerto (PSC) en Asia-Pac\u00edfico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Un registro estrat\u00e9gico que mejora la flexibilidad en el mercado de vuelos ch\u00e1rter y goza de reconocimiento internacional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
La AMP tambi\u00e9n reafirm\u00f3 que el registro paname\u00f1o prioriza la calidad sobre la cantidad, y que contin\u00faa con un proceso de depuraci\u00f3n de buques, en l\u00ednea con su compromiso de mantener altos est\u00e1ndares de seguridad y cumplimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aprovechando su participaci\u00f3n en BARISHIP 2025, la delegaci\u00f3n paname\u00f1a tambi\u00e9n sostuvo reuniones oficiales con autoridades portuarias de Kobe y Osaka, con quienes Panam\u00e1 tiene un Memorando de Entendimiento (MOU) de cooperaci\u00f3n vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tambi\u00e9n se realizaron visitas al Ministerio de Tierras, Infraestructura, Transporte y Turismo (MLIT) regional de Kobe, clientes mar\u00edtimos, astilleros y otras empresas interesadas en invertir en Panam\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Acompa\u00f1aron al Ministro Roquebert en esta misi\u00f3n oficial, Max Fl\u00f3rez, Director General de Puertos de la AMP; Walter Cohen, Embajador de Panam\u00e1 en Jap\u00f3n; Alejandro De Le\u00f3n, C\u00f3nsul General de Panam\u00e1 en Kobe; Any Lam Chong, Vicec\u00f3nsul General de Panam\u00e1 en Kobe, y el Ing. Nelson Agrazal, Jefe de la oficina de SEGUMAR en Imabari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
