Panam\u00e1 es sede de la \u201cXXVIII Reuni\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Acuerdo, y de Administradores de Centros de Informaci\u00f3n as\u00ed como de Grupos de Trabajo T\u00e9cnico\u201d, del Acuerdo de Vi\u00f1a del Mar, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo del 5 al 8 de septiembre del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Acuerdo Latinoamericano sobre Control de Buques por parte del Estado rector del puerto, conocido como \u201cAcuerdo de Vi\u00f1a del Mar\u201d, reunir\u00e1 a las autoridades mar\u00edtimas de la regi\u00f3n, responsables del ejercicio de la jurisdicci\u00f3n por parte del Estado rector del puerto en materia de seguridad. , protecci\u00f3n mar\u00edtima, facilitaci\u00f3n del transporte mar\u00edtimo y prevenci\u00f3n de la contaminaci\u00f3n causada por los buques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el evento se abordar\u00e1n aspectos relacionados con la armonizaci\u00f3n de los procedimientos de control por el Estado rector del puerto a ser utilizados por los Oficiales de Control por el Estado rector del puerto (OSERP), incluyendo la identificaci\u00f3n de deficiencias y las medidas de acci\u00f3n adoptadas, en cada caso, para erradicar la operaci\u00f3n. de buques deficientes en los puertos de la regi\u00f3n latinoamericana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Acuerdo de Vi\u00f1a del Mar, firmado el 5 de noviembre de 1992, durante la sexta reuni\u00f3n de la Red Operativa de Cooperaci\u00f3n Regional de Autoridades Mar\u00edtimas de Am\u00e9rica del Sur, Cuba, M\u00e9xico y Panam\u00e1 (ROCRAM); Actualmente est\u00e1 compuesto por 16 estados miembros de Centro y Sudam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delegaciones de Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, M\u00e9xico, Per\u00fa, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, Uruguay, Venezuela y Panam\u00e1, representantes de la Secretar\u00eda del Acuerdo de Vi\u00f1a del Mar, invitados especiales y participar\u00e1n observadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una vez m\u00e1s, Panam\u00e1 fue elegida como sede de esta reuni\u00f3n y la agenda incluir\u00e1 una visita t\u00e9cnica para los delegados de los pa\u00edses miembros, donde podr\u00e1n conocer de primera mano c\u00f3mo se desarrollan las diferentes \u00e1reas de la industria mar\u00edtima en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Autoridad Mar\u00edtima de Panam\u00e1, entidad estatal paname\u00f1a responsable del cumplimiento como Estado Rector del Puerto, reitera su compromiso de garantizar que los buques extranjeros que arriben a los puertos nacionales cumplan con los est\u00e1ndares y regulaciones internacionales adoptadas por la Rep\u00fablica de Panam\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
