a significant event unfolded in the beautiful city of Imabari, Japan. The Regional Office of the Panama Maritime Authority, Segumar Imabari, in collaboration with the Consulate of Panama in Kobe, proudly hosted the First Workshop at the Minato Hall, Minato Kouryu Center 100-3, Kataha-cho 1, Imabari City.
This workshop was a resounding success, drawing with the participation of more than 25 Shipping Companies and Classification Societies from Imabari, and more than 42 of said companies based in Imabari.
The Technical Officers from Segumar Imabari took the stage to elaborate crucial topics concerning the Flag Administration of Panama. They also announce the acceptance of Panama into the Qualiship 21 program and explained the benefits of such programs to the presents.
The workshop proved to be an invaluable platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration, reinforcing the commitment of Panama Maritime Authority Segumar Imabari to facilitate a seamless maritime experience. We are dedicated to fostering stronger ties with ship owners and operators, urging them to participate actively in the Qualiship 21 program.
